Installation: The hose crimper should be placed horizontally on a stable frame or workbench, and the frame should be able to ensure the smooth discharge of waste oil from the bottom oil discharge port and be grounded.
Oil filling: Open the oil tank cover, add 46# anti-wear hydraulic oil to the oil tank to contact the surface of the oil filter, generally 50L.
Power connection: Connect the power cord to the power supply specified by the hose crimper, start the motor to observe the direction of rotation, and the direction of the motor should be consistent with the direction marked by the motor. If the direction of the motor is not the same as the direction marked, please reverse the position of two of the power cables.
Micrometer: It is used to adjust the shrinkage of the crimping hose. The main ruler is 0 and the auxiliary ruler is 0, which means that the mold is completely closed. At this time, the crimping size is the size of the inner hole of the mold, which is the number immediately on the mold. The secondary ruler is adjusted one frame counterclockwise, and the crimping size is increased by 0.01mm. The main ruler is 1mm.
Pressure adjustment: The maximum pressure of the hose crimper system is 31.5Mpa, which is adjusted by the relief valve. The pressure is adjusted clockwise to increase, and the pressure is adjusted counterclockwise to decrease (it has been adjusted at the factory, and can be adjusted if necessary).
Adjustment of mold opening speed: The speed of mold opening is controlled by a hydraulic control one-way valve, clockwise adjustment, the opening speed is accelerated, and counterclockwise adjustment, the opening speed is slowed down, but too fast opening speed will increase the noise. Large, the optimal value is not more than 10Mpa (it has been adjusted at the factory, and can be adjusted by yourself if necessary).
